A brazilian girl is leaving, so they invited me to go the Student's Home (a dormitory where some students stay instead of a homestay), for a kind of farewell.
So, David and me went there. It was funny. We played some ping pong, then we played card games, talked, ate pizza...
A funny and slightly drunk japanese girl was singing and dancing a japanese song. It was this one (she did just the begining):
The fun we had was a lot bigger than this paragraph.

Saturday
Me, Cedric, Koske and Kevin went to the movies. They wanted to watch a cartoon/animation film, 'cause it would be easier to understand. So we decided to watch 'Gnomeo and Juliet':
So I called David to watch with us, 'cause it was already 1:25 pm and I thought we would be awake (but actually he wasn't.. hahah). So he went there.
After eating, when we were in the room, we realise that there was nobody between 9 and 40 years but us. So David and I decided to watch other movie, so we watched 'I Am Number Four':
It's a movie with special powers. But it's kind of silly, it doesn't worth paying for that. When it's on tv, you should watch it.

Domingo a Quinta-feira
Sunday: I woke up at 1:30 pm, did my homework and talked with a few people on my computer.
Monday: Valentine's Day - it was a rainy day. A curious thing that I've found out is that in Japan and Korea the woman gives the man a present. Just one month later (March 14th), on the "White Day", the man gives her a present.
DID YOU HEAR THAT? I've totally messed up! I should have got a korean or a japanese girlfriend, so I'd receive a present and, as I'm going back to Brazil at March 6th, I wouldn't have to give her a present!
Tuesday: It was Mina's (my hostmother) birthday.
Wednesday: I was playing [trying to play] piano and [trying to sing] singing "Don't Stop Me", so I girl entered in the room, 'cause she thought I was somebody else (probally Freddie Mercury). So she asked me what I was majoring in, so I told her I'm a ELS student, etc. So she said I should talk with the guy of the Music Department to take some classes there and play with them.
So I went to his office, but he wasn't there. I talked with a lady in the next room and she told me when I could meet him and she took my number to another guy call me.
After that, I went to a auditorium where was a band (an acoustic bass,an eletric guitar,a drum,a piano and a trompete) playing some jazzy songs. Was pretty sweet.
Tuesday: When I was going to lunch, Cedric was telling me that korean girls liked me. In the line, he showed me a girl (or the girl, I don't know how many are. hahah) that liked me. So we sitted with her to have lunch.
Her friend, that was with us and was my classmate in my first class (after I changed to a higher level), said she heard I have a good personality.
And then we were talking and when they asked my age and I told her 'I'm 18', she was surprised 'oh! Too young!', 'cause she's 19 and my ex-classmate is 22.
When they left the table, Cedric told me korean girls usually like older boys. hahaha
Then, when I was lefting the table, my classmate asked me to sit with him, so I could know his janapese girlfriends (they were about 10).
One girl asked me if I had a girlfriend, my age and then asked 'What kind of girl do you like?'. I took almost one minute to answer this question, 'cause asians are not my style. So I said 'I rather the brazilian or the american beauty..' and, fortunely, there was a pretty american girl behind them, so I showed 'That's what I like'. And her friend said 'Oh, so you like blonds? Don't you like dark hair, like this?' - she said pointing to her friend's hair. I answered 'No, I don't like you, ok?'. hahah I'm kidding, I took a little long to answer, 'cause I was thinking 'If I say I like blonds, she's gonna paint her hair.'. So I was said 'Yeah, sometimes.'
Then, they told me I looked like an japanese actor, called Hideaki Ito:
Well, all I can tell is that I'll miss this when I be in Brazil again, with my latin face dilluted among others like mine.

Sábado
On the morning, the quartet (me,David,Keigo and Cedric) went to San Francisco. We went to a few stores and had lunch there.
Cedric has blocked out Abdu... hahaha
There's a small video of the way back to home. Everybody was sleeping (but the driver,of course):
It was Abdu's birthday:
Cedric has blocked out Abdu... hahaha
At 9pm, there was going to have a Valentine Day Dance Party at the College.
They played just hip hop (which sucks). The dancing clubs in USA are different from Brazil.
The girls dances rubbing on men.
So, God has tested me this night... hahaha I was searching a friend of mine and then a girl (that was a little drunk) showed up:
-What are you doing stopped? Everybody is dancing!
-Ahn? I was looking for a...
-Every body is dancing! Come on!
And she started dancing on me. I've got surprised and didn't know what to do, so I frozen up.
-You're still stopped!
-You are drunk!
-I know! But... you have to dance!
-I don't know how to dance.
-I show you. Dance following my butt.
Then I realised what was going on and told her "Sorry,I can't do it."
But it was a good night. I talked more with some new friends that I've made.
Oh,that was a japanese guy that, before the party, I thought he was strange. After the party, I'm SURE he is. He dressed up like a woman (with a dress and wig) and he wasn't joking.
There was a guy that has had a child here (his wife is with him),but, nevertheless,he went to the party without his wife.
And another married man,who wife is here in San Rafael too, was dancing on the american way (and,by the way,was with the drunk girl that's danced on me) and then he went after her.
Really sad.
Sexta-feira
I was on the half of the way to the bus stop (that takes about 10 minuts to get there), then I realise I had forgotten my gym's clothes. It was 7:33 and the bus passes at 7:40. So I gave my backpack to Cedric (my housemate) and went running back home to get the clothes.
I got at the bus stop at 7:39. hahaha
It was Friday, but I didn't set up anything with my school friends and was without cell phone (I gave it for Koske, to recharge it for me).
[read it listening to a gay music]:
But getting home, I realised that all I need is right back in my house, with my housemates.
So we went to the movies and watched "Just Go With It". Excelent movie! Very funny and there's no dirty thing. Cedric has slept during the movie... hahaha

Quinta Feira
I woke up by myself, without the cell phone's alarm ring. I looked at the sky and it was clear... then I remembered: my cell phone's battery can be dead! Then, when I went upstairs, I saw that I had forgotten it on the couch. It was almost 7 a.m (and usually I wake at 6:30 and left the house at 7:25). But, thank God, it was in time! I had to ate fast and then, when I realise it, it was already 7:20. I walked fast to take the bus and, when I was almost at the bus stop, I saw the bus comming, so I had to run a little.. hahah
The new class is good, and there's some different countries in my class. Now, there is also people from Italy, Belgium and China. It's good 'cause now there's more cultures to know.
At the lunch, I sitted with a girl from Paraguay, that is friend of a Brazilian that I met at the first day (who was sitted with us too) and a Saudi Arabian guy.
He told us about a scholarship program of his country, that sends them to America, pay their 5 years of English classes and College, and then they gotta go back to work there. It's to improve and upgrade the quality of education and get better workers.
It was birthday of the Paraguayan girl, so her brazilian friends (that doesn't know that I'm brazilian too) were going to make a party for her, at 4 pm and invited me. It was going to be at the Student House, that's a place where ELS students stay. They told me the way: I had to take the bus untill the North Gate Mall and walk trhough a street (wich I've forgot the name) and turn in the street of the place, and keep going untill getting there.
After the lunch, I took some rest and then went to work out. I arrived home at 5:40 ('cause I went by the grosery to buy some milk, bread and cereal bars, as I am fag to eat). I ate, took a shower and did it as fast as I could.
I arrived at the bus stop about 6 o' clock. I played some harmonica while I was waiting for the bus (I had to wait for almost 40 minutes). As my cell phone's battery was almost dead and I didn't have the number of the people of the party, I called the brazilian driver and asked him, quickly, what was the address: Palm Avenue.
A bus appeared, and I asked if he knew the Palm Avenue, but he didn't. I decided to wait for the other. I asked Lord for mercy and help me, 'cause I had no idea where I was going.
When I got the other bus, the driver didn't know the street of the party either. But, as they told me to get out at North Gate and the bus was going that way, I took it. When I opened my wallet, to pay the bus, the lucky coin fell and I couldn't find it. Had I lost my luck? hahaha
When I arrived at North Gate (that was near from my house actually, I could have gone there by walking), there was a lot of streets and I didn't know wich one was the right. I asked for some information, and there was a guy that didn't know, but he had a GPS and checked for me. It was like 3.4 miles (about 5,5 km). I gave up and went back to home.
When I get here, I found out that actually, it's not at Palm Avenue and it's indeed very close to North Gate.
So,tomorrow,I'll tell them that's my birthday, so they'll make another party and now I know how to get there. hahaha

Quarta Feira
The asians seems to be serious, closed and some times ,even impolite. But if you talk with them, you see they are very nice. They like company and they are kind of goof (they love to laugh and talk about funny things). I'm getting closer to two japaneses and two koreans. One of the koreans, is the one from my house, that doesn't speak too much English. The others are Kevin (the korean), Koske and Yusuki. I'm having a lot of fun with them!
After the lunch, went to the ELS Office, to chance my class, 'cause I wanna be more challenged and the other level was a little bit easy...
Then, I hung out with Kevin and Koske. It was funny, we learn and taught some words for each other. I told them Portuguese is a little bit similiar to English, so that makes learning so much easier for brazilians.. so Kevin said: "Oh,that's not fair! We pay same money, but they learn more!" hahaha
We were also talking about girls and they asked me if I liked japaneses/koreans. I said some are pretty, and that usually koreans are prettier than japaneses (Kevin got proud: "Did you hear?Koreans are prettier than japaneses!"), but I preffer the brazilian beauty. Then, I showed them some brazilian girls. They were like "wow!Brazilian are much prettier than asians!", and at the next photo "woah!Too beautiful!", and in the other, that was two, he pointed: "This one is mine!". hahahah
They decided moving to Brazil, after sawing the pictures (and I showed a girl that was just a little bit pretty).
Koske gave me a japanese coin (it has a hole in the middle), and said it brought good luck. I took it, 'cause it was a cool coin and a nice memory.
At the bus stop, I met Cedric (the korean who's living with me) and I taught him some English in the bus, 'cause he had some questions about 'should have' and 'could have'.
We missed the bus stop which we SHOULD HAVE (haha quite propitious) got out and we were hungry too. The next one was behind a hospital. We tried to take a shortcut, by the parking lot, but it was a dead end. We tried to walk trhough a hospital building and the same thing happened. Then, we tried trhough another hospital building and, we found a Cafeteria inside the building.
See?If we hadn't missed the bus stop, we wouldn't find food ('cause there is no place to eat near our house).
Moreover, this experience allowed us to make a lot of sentences with 'should/could have', like:
'We should have took the street way, that would be shorter than trying to get a shortcut.'
'We could have been more attentive'.
So we came back home making sentences.. hahah
My cell battery is low and I have no charger for it. I have to a charger that fits it, if not, I'm gonna buy it (to use just for one month)... hahah
